And not by choice... i stand alone because everyone basically stops caring and stops talking to me... or is two faced... so... I'm basically forced to stand alone, by myself... that's the truth... and, well, I don't know what to do about it.

Ayn Rand would say that's what you should have been doing all along. People are hard to trust, and you have absolutely no power over them. The only person you can control is you...so, whether or not you knew it, you were always standing alone.
